Hello everyone! All are well? Today, let’s discuss about a new topic. Most of the people (at least 89.99%) have visited mountains of different regions and places. In geography, we have read about Physiography of India. There are seas, mountains, deserts, islands, plateaus and the costal plains. Today our topic is about mountains. We all know that Everest is the worlds tallest mountain, present in Nepal, India. Therefore there is nothing surprise to the inhabitants of Nepal because they are habituated to see the Everest(8,849 m).The second longest is the Godwin Austin, Karakoram. What about the third? Surprisingly and obviously the 1st longest of India The Kanchenjunga. Many of us has visited the mountain and also have the scenery of The Sunrise of Tiger Hills. Now let’s jump into the deep of the mountains. As we know that there are three parallel ranges of the Himalayas. They are: Himadri, Himachal and Siwalik

Wow! What a beautiful scenery

As I pointed that the red portion is Himadri, because it is greater Himalaya and larger than the other two. The sky portion is Himachal because it is lesser Himalaya, smaller than Himadri but less than the yellow portion. The last one (Yellow portion) is known as Siwalik. It is the smallest of the two Himalayas.
